Nerion Advisory is an Italian limited company (S.r.l.) headquartered in Rome. We operate in Italy and abroad across markets and subjects as different as energy, tax, finance, technology, art and real estate — all sharing one need: informed, independent, evidence-based decisions.
We do not confine ourselves to a single area: we integrate skills and tools to support companies, investors and institutional operators through their most complex strategic choices.
Three rules. Non-negotiable.
Independence
We do not distribute financial products, accept retrocessions, or report to interest groups. Our only principal is the client.
Integration
A company's decisions cross energy, tax, finance and technology. We treat them as one problem, not separate silos.
Proprietary technology
We develop our own digital platforms to analyse, monitor and optimise complex assets. Data informs counsel; it does not replace it.
How we work.
Every mandate starts with a framing of the context: what decision is really on the table, what regulatory and market constraints, what realistic alternatives. Only afterwards does the analytical work begin.
In-house competences are supported, where needed, by sector partners (legal, tax, technical) selected case by case. The lead partner remains the single point of contact for the client throughout the engagement.
Fees are based on fixed retainers or success fees, never retrocessions. No overlap of interests with counterparties.
